Read on...

Hi,

Are you ready to change your life?

People who joined my 52 Healing Habits Program last year have been sending my office happy letters, telling us how blessed they are because of joining it.

Here’s one from Joyce…

I am so thankful to be a Member of the 52 Healing Habits Program of Bo Sanchez.  God made Him an instrument to help many people like me get healed physically, mentally and spiritually.  May God bless him and his family always.

My husband and I are religiously taking Bo’s power drink (calamansi) every morning and it has done miracles.  Before, I used to get sick because of my tonsillitis and always advised to take antibiotic :(   But since I started drinking Bo’s natural power drink, I did not have tonsillitis anymore, thanks to Brother Bo and his health mentor.

I followed most of the other healing habits.  I now use organic products that I learned from Brother Bo.

I’m conscious of my health and what I eat because my father died of cancer in the intestines.

Thank you and God bless!
Joyce

I’ve read many letters like Joyce, telling me of how they feel so much healthier because they’re now practicing the 52 Healing Habits.

  9. A friend of mine said who is an avid calamansi juice drinker said for it to be effective, you have to drink the juice when you feel like a cold is coming and not when the cold or cough is already there otherwise it will not be effective anymore. :)

Redirecting Thoughts!

Sometimes, we forget to take control of our minds. There are times that we just do a lot of things out of habit. We do a lot of things unconsciously. These days, whenever I find myself “thinking”, I am making sure I am thinking productive things. What will I do next?; What are my plans today?;How will I go about today’s activities? If alone in the car, driving, I’d deliberately turn on the positive, encouraging radio station, since their kind of music is good for the soul. I could listen and know that it is all good. As much as possible, I try not to think of negative or bad things. Why? Because I’ve proven that whenever I do that, it boomerangs on me! There was this one time when I felt so pissed off with my husband that my mind was just creating all these negative vibes! Asked what happened next? The more my husband got pissed off. I wasn’t even saying anything, it was all mind power, and it hasn’t done any good! So I experimented the next time it happened, ins...

Vitamins for the Mind

Vitamins for the Mind   by Jim Rohn Results At the end of each day, you should play back the tapes of your performance. The results should either applaud you or prod you. The greatest form of maturity is at harvest time. This is when we must learn how to reap without complaint if the amounts are small and how to reap without apology if the amounts are big. Life asks us to make measurable progress in reasonable time. That's why they make those fourth grade chairs so small—so you won't fit in them at age 25! There are some things you don't have to know how it works, only that it works. While some people are studying the roots, others are picking the fruit. It just depends on which end of this you want to get in on.    "Vitamins for the Mind" is a weekly sampling of original quotes on a specific topic taken from The Treasury of Quotes by Jim Rohn. The burgundy hardbound book with gold-foil lettering is a collection of...

Jack of All Trades

My parents gave me all the opportunities to try and do different activities while growing up. I did ballet. I had swimming lessons ; I joined theatre arts ; I had piano recitals ; I learned bicycling; I played volleyball; I was one of the editors in our school paper. I was even a member of University Quiz Bee contest called "Pautakan", representing our college for 3 years! In high school, I admired students who could do Impromptu Speeches. You see, I could memorize long scripts, I could compose essays but to speak my mind in a contest? Whoa! I guess, I carried that thought - wishful thinking with me, even after college, that it led me to become a member of Toastmaster's International in Makati, Philippines and then here in Gallup, NM, USA! Do I still know how to ballet dance? Mmmm... Lol! Swim? Mmmm... not where I can't touch the floor or sand, OK?  hehe Play piano? Mmmm... I can do two piano pieces? Will that count? hahaha Act? Oh yes! Could...
