I think I just had a writer's block!

The thing is my husband and I have started watching this TV series called "Maging Sino Ka Man", just 2 nights ago! ... my this show is addicting! Maybe that's why I can't seem to write anything! My mind is pretty preoccupied! hehe

According to Wikipedia, Maging Sino Ka Man (lit. Whoever You May Be) is a critically acclaimed Filipino primetime drama series that premiered on ABS-CBN on October 9, 2006. Book 1 ended on May 25, 2007. Due to it's success, a sequel was aired on December 10 the same year it ended.

Well, I guess, I've found a good resource!!! Since I am now reading the plot via Wikipedia hehe...

There are 12 parts in Book 1 and well, we are just on Part 1. We will be watching this for days for sure! I just warned hubby not to watch the drama without me!

Now, I have added something to do! Yay!

My weekends have become busy. Remember I am now playing volleyball, badminton and soccer during weekends! Fun!!! and yes, my body aches! Ouch...

  4. Writing is output so I just consider writer's block as input - a time when you absorb and let ideas simmer in your head before that burst of output again. As for teleseryes, I don't start watching them cuz I know I'd be hooked and I wouldn't get anything done, hihihihi

  13. There are times when I got really hit by this writer's block, but mind you, not much on blogging but on writing my research papers which are by far too technical. You're right a good diversion oftentimes works! :)

Redirecting Thoughts!

Sometimes, we forget to take control of our minds. There are times that we just do a lot of things out of habit. We do a lot of things unconsciously. These days, whenever I find myself “thinking”, I am making sure I am thinking productive things. What will I do next?; What are my plans today?;How will I go about today’s activities? If alone in the car, driving, I’d deliberately turn on the positive, encouraging radio station, since their kind of music is good for the soul. I could listen and know that it is all good. As much as possible, I try not to think of negative or bad things. Why? Because I’ve proven that whenever I do that, it boomerangs on me! There was this one time when I felt so pissed off with my husband that my mind was just creating all these negative vibes! Asked what happened next? The more my husband got pissed off. I wasn’t even saying anything, it was all mind power, and it hasn’t done any good! So I experimented the next time it happened, ins...

Overspeeding!!!

credit While driving, a police car passed me by, turned around and followed me. I slowed down.  credit It gave a warning for me to stop. I did.  I was running a lot of excuses in my mind but decided to put it all aside. I prayed instead - Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be. A police women came. "Hi!" I said, "Hello!" "Ok", she said, "I pulled you over, because you were running at 60mph in a 45 lane". I said "I'm sorry". She said "Now do you have driver's license, registration and insurance?" I said, "Yes". There was a pause (Oh, I guess, this was the time when I should have given her everything already), she repeated, "So, you do have your driver's license, registration and insurance?" I said, "Yes", and took out my driver's license.  She took it, and said, "so you've never been stopped before?" I said, ...
