Becoming Anti-Social

Starting today, I will be taking my hiatus from the social networking sites and blogosphere.

I promise to make up the 14 write-ups when I get back on March 11, 2012. :)

My 60th day report on THE CHALLENGE (of losing weight in 90 days!) will be moved to March 12, 2012. I am excited to see your results too! :)

I simply need to focus on what's important and it's coming up in two week's time!

This will be my FIRST TIME to ever do this, be away from the networking sites to just FOCUS.

But then again, I have always been wondering what my life would be without FACEBOOK. So, might as well take advantage of this time. I will be writing about this experience for sure!

For the meantime, please feel FREE to browse around and see what you missed in the 73 posts I have so far, in my 365 days project!

A new page has been posted, I hope you noticed. ABOUT. In this page, I have written my blogging history and sites I've created and maintained through the years. Please check it out!:)

I am also happy to share that I now have my own custom domain at Blogger!!!! Yay!:)

It's up and running and waiting for you to uncover! I hope you will!

Thank YOU for taking the time to come back and read some more!

I hope to see YOU again in two weeks!

Missing this already! :(

NAMASTE.

Redirecting Thoughts!

Sometimes, we forget to take control of our minds. There are times that we just do a lot of things out of habit. We do a lot of things unconsciously. These days, whenever I find myself “thinking”, I am making sure I am thinking productive things. What will I do next?; What are my plans today?;How will I go about today’s activities? If alone in the car, driving, I’d deliberately turn on the positive, encouraging radio station, since their kind of music is good for the soul. I could listen and know that it is all good. As much as possible, I try not to think of negative or bad things. Why? Because I’ve proven that whenever I do that, it boomerangs on me! There was this one time when I felt so pissed off with my husband that my mind was just creating all these negative vibes! Asked what happened next? The more my husband got pissed off. I wasn’t even saying anything, it was all mind power, and it hasn’t done any good! So I experimented the next time it happened, ins...

Overspeeding!!!

credit While driving, a police car passed me by, turned around and followed me. I slowed down.  credit It gave a warning for me to stop. I did.  I was running a lot of excuses in my mind but decided to put it all aside. I prayed instead - Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be. A police women came. "Hi!" I said, "Hello!" "Ok", she said, "I pulled you over, because you were running at 60mph in a 45 lane". I said "I'm sorry". She said "Now do you have driver's license, registration and insurance?" I said, "Yes". There was a pause (Oh, I guess, this was the time when I should have given her everything already), she repeated, "So, you do have your driver's license, registration and insurance?" I said, "Yes", and took out my driver's license.  She took it, and said, "so you've never been stopped before?" I said, ...
