Welcome to WEALTHY TUESDAYS! Money-Matters!   Let’s me face the fact.  The fact is anything can happen.  Everything is possible and possibilities are infinite. Good. Wait! Everything? Is possible? Infinite possibilities? Yes. That’s correct. (It is only our mind that sets limits; try pushing your mind beyond the box!) I learned from seminars I’ve attended in the past that  “If the intention is clear, then the mechanism will appear.” Formula: Intention 100% + Mechanism 0% = Achieved Goal 100% If my intention, (belief, purpose, faith) is clear then the mechanism (activity, action, system) will appear! ~ and that will make me achieve my goal! 100% intention that is ALL IT TAKES! Wow! WELCOME TO HEALTHY MONDAYS!   My 88 turning 89 year old active and still employed as  Special Ed Teacher friend taught me the most valuable thing in losing weight.  What is? Down-to-minimum-SUGAR-intake! She said in two weeks I’ll lose 10 pounds!  She also advised me to look at the Nutrition Information at the back of the package.  Less than 4g is OK but more than that, I need to be wary. No candies, no dough nuts, no chocolates, no cakes, no ice creams, no cookies, and no to all sweets!   Her tips: (from her own words – she typed it!) 1. Minimum Salt intake - Salt is deadly. 2. Water - Lots of water, and I hate water.   My drunken friend of seventy years always tells me that water is deadly! 3. Milk-  at least a quart daily, unless you are allergic. 4. (I’m not a guru, I'm not an expert but here is my answer to the following question...)   QUESTION "Why is it difficult to forgive?"    ANSWER   Depending on where you are coming from.. … because you have not yet found it in yourself to love.. again …because you still need time to heal …because you feel the need to resist, resent and revenge …because you still feel the pain …because you feel it isn’t time …because you are being enveloped with fear …because you are scared And until you forgive, you will forever be under the power of that person who hurt you. Until you forgive, your path won’t be clear. Until you forgive, you won’t find joy in your heart. Until you forgive, it is hard to bless and be blessed. Hard as it is, let us turn to Jesus. Is destiny a matter of choice, or is it a matter of chance? And does knowing really matter? To clarify here’s what DESTINY means The events that will necessarily happen to a particular person or thing in the future. The hidden power believed to control what will happen in the future; fate. Back home, Mommy has this display that says “Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice, it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.” So, I went on with life, never questioning destiny. I knew I have an active part in what will happen in my future. I know there is God and He has all the good planned out for me, but He has also given me free will to become the person that He really intends me to be… as for the future?...
