Grateful, I am!

Andrew Matthew's FOLLOW YOUR HEART

Peace of mind comes from concentrating
on what you have, not what's missing.

When you accept your life, you see how everything in it serves you.

In a nutshell:

If you are serious about peace of mind, at some stage you'll need a sense of gratitude.

And here's the crunch - if you want to be grateful, you wake up, grateful.

If you say: "When my life gets better, then I'll be grateful", you never will be!
